IN THE EVENT OF AN ACCIDENT

I. IF YOU HAVE LIABILITY COVERAGE ONLY

1. Do not admit fault or liability.
   
2. Report the accident to the police.
3. Report the accident to us immediately.
   
4. Request from the other party the name of his/her insurer.
   
5. Obtain names and contact information of witnesses and any injured party.
   

II. IF YOU HAVE A COMPREHENSIVE POLICY

1. Report the accident to the police.
   
2. Try to safeguard your vehicle by removing it to a safe place.
   
3. Report the accident to us immediately before you authorize repairs.
   
4. If another party is involved follow steps 1 - 5 of section I.
   

IN THE EVENT YOUR VEHICLE IS SOLD

1. Inform us immediately for termination of cover. You may be due a refund. The new owner must apply for insurance coverage on his/her own behalf.

If insurance is terminated, the certificate must be returned to the insurer, or if the certificate has been lost or destroyed a statutory declaration to that effect must be made and delivered to the insurer.
