MOTOR INSURANCE

Our motor Vehicle policies protect you, your vehicle, and a third party in the event of an accident. The options are:

• Third Party Act – Guided by the Motor Vehicle Insurance (Third Party Risk) Act; Chapter 231, this coverage compensates the third party in the event of death, bodily injury, damage to property and medical expenses as a result of a motor accident on public roads only.

• Third Party Standard – Includes coverage of Third Party Act and extends coverage to vehicles on private roads.

• Comprehensive – This coverage insures the value of your vehicle and compensates you in the event of losses from collision and overturning, theft, fire, riot & strike, broken glass, special equipment as specified upon the application, and liability to third parties.
• Comprehensive with Hurricane – includes all of the above in addition to losses resulting from hurricane, flood and other similar phenomenon.

Optional Life Coverage
A Life Insurance Policy can be attached to your policy for the driver and/or passengers of your vehicle. This Policy covers death arising from the use of the insured vehicle and can be purchased at an affordable price.

Passenger Liability
Ideal for vehicles used for commercial purposes, this coverage can be attached to any of our motor policies at an affordable rate. It compensates in respect of Death, Bodily injury and Medical expenses for passengers in your vehicle as a result of a motor accident. The number of passengers covered is based on the seating capacity of the insured vehicle.
